We urge you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before making a purchase with us. These terms and conditions may be updated and changed, therefore we ask you to read the terms below before each new purchase.

1. Order, order confirmation and conclusion of purchase agreement

When you order on HUGLY's website, you receive an order confirmation. When you then receive the delivery confirmation, you enter into an agreement with HUGLY and thereby accept our terms of purchase. This means that you agree to follow the terms and conditions in their entirety, agree that you have read the information and enter into an agreement with HUGLY about the processing of personal data, and that you have read information about cookies according to HUGLY's Privacy Policy.

2. Time of agreement

The general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when the consumer ("You") places an order via www.hugly.se and sub-pages ("Website"). When HUGLY has confirmed your order with a delivery confirmation, you enter into an agreement with HUGLY, org: 559265-5111 (“ HUGLY ”, “we”, “us”). The terms and conditions are only applicable to you who are consumers and who place orders via the Website.

3. Valid identification etc.

Before you press "buy" on HUGLY's site, remember you must be 18 or older. Sure, you can look older than you are, but here we're talking ID and real payment methods. If you are underage, no deal. HUGLY also has the right to say no to your order if something is not right.

Prices of the goods are stated including VAT. But don't forget, delivery costs extra. It is clearly stated in the checkout.

HUGLY may also change prices, so stay tuned! Once you have received your order confirmation, you cannot change anything further.

HUGLY cannot promise that everything you want is in stock. Sometimes the stuff just runs out.

When using a discount code, it is registered at checkout. To use the discount code, add items to the shopping cart, go to checkout and enter a discount code in the discount code field.

When using discounts during a campaign, the price is already reduced when you put the product in the shopping cart.

Have you used a bonus check? If you send something back, you will receive a new one in the form of a gift card.

All refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4. Disclaimer

Although HUGLY strives for perfection, it can sneak in a little error here and there. Maybe a picture that doesn't match one hundred or a product description that could have been better. HUGLY reserves the right for possible image and typing errors on the website. This includes errors in product description, technical specification, incorrect prices, as well as adjustments in price or incorrect information regarding whether an item is in stock. HUGLY reserves the right to correct any such errors and to change or update the information at any time. HUGLY reserves itself for possible delivery delays and final sales from the time of the order and before the delivery confirmation is sent from HUGHLY . We reserve the right to correct any errors in the price information before and after the order is processed and before delivery confirmation is provided to you.

All image information on the website must be considered exclusively as illustrations. These illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reflect the number of items you will receive or the exact appearance, features or origin of the item. HUGLY is not responsible for information on the website that comes from a third party.

5. Intellectual property rights etc.

So, let's be clear here. Everything you look at HUGLY's site – yes, really everything – is HUGLY property. It is protected by laws that mean no one else can take it and use it as their own. So you can't just cut and paste product names, images, or whatever, without HUGLY has given its approval. And if HUGLY hasn't said "yes, run!", then you simply must not do it. Do we agree?

7. Right of withdrawal

It's like you can change your mind after you've clicked home something from HUGHLY . You have 30 days from the day it ships from the warehouse. But remember, items that you have already used or damaged cannot be returned. Original packaging and labels must remain, ok?

Did you use some kind of bonus check when you shopped? In that case, the money will come back as a gift card to you when you talk to customer service.

Did you buy yours? HUGLY in a campaign? That price is only valid as long as the campaign is active.

Are you returning something? Then you pay for the return shipping.

But don't worry, as soon as your package is with the carrier, it is HUGLY who is in charge of it. If something should happen to the package on the way, you cannot be held responsible for it. Unless HUGLY cannot prove that you have been clumsy, such as by sending with the wrong address or careless with the packaging. So save everything related to the shipment until you get your money back or someone from HUGLY chimes in.

8. Use of right of withdrawal

When you decide to return an item, you must send it to HUGLY within two weeks. This period starts when you have initiated the return via our online return portal.

The refund will come no later than 14 days after we have received information that you want to make a return. However, it may be that we wait to pay you back until we either receive the item back or receive confirmation from you that the item has been shipped. Payment is made in the same way you used for your first order, unless you choose otherwise. There are no additional costs for changing payment methods.

If you exercise your right to cancel the purchase, you will be responsible for the return costs yourself.

Do you miss picking up your package? Then there will be a fee of SEK 150.

9. Gift cards

If you have returned a product that you bought with a gift card, no stress! Just contact our customer service, and you will receive a new gift card.

10. Gifts with purchase

If you're returning something you bought, don't forget to also return the freebies you received from HUGHLY.

11. Exchanges

So, you want to switch to something else? Ah, we don't do exchanges here, only returns and refunds.

No problem here's how: Send back what you don't like and we'll give you your money back. Then you can order what you really want. As simple as that!

And if you bought something with a discount code but just want it in a different size? Just contact our customer service via this link and they will fix it. You don't want to miss out on a good deal, do you?

12. Complaint

Bought something from HUGLY and it's not quite a hundred? Oops, didn't mean to! If you see a defect in your item, don't wait - tell us right away. By law, you must speak up as soon as possible, and definitely within 2 months. It is important not to hesitate!

After we hear from you, we'll take a closer look. It takes approximately 14-30 days for us to make a decision. If we do not agree to your complaint, we will send the item back to you.

13. Force Majeure

We are talking about things that no one could have predicted would happen, such as natural disasters, wars or strikes. If there is an obstacle that HUGLY really cannot help and it is not possible to complete the purchase.

For you as a customer, it also applies that you will not receive compensation for annoyances or problems if they are due to external things HUGLY's control. It includes those unexpected things that don't even HUGLY could think of would happen.

HUGLY is not obliged to complete the purchase if there is an obstacle such as HUGLY cannot overcome or could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated at the time of purchase or if fulfillment would require sacrifices that are not reasonable with regard to the customer's interest in HUGLY completes the purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, the following factors: riot, war, strike, natural disaster, etc.

You as a customer are also not entitled to compensation for the suffering or damage caused by it HUGLY's delay or error if the delay or error is due to an outside obstacle HUGLY's control which HUGLY could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated the purchase and its consequences nor could HUGLY reasonably have avoided, overcome or anticipated.

15. Personal data

We have a legal right to process personal data to fulfill our contractual obligations with you when you purchase products on our Website. We process personal data in order to be able to fulfill our obligations according to the agreements with you when you buy products on the Website.
